NOTE: Fee Payable for Property Enquiries
Council welcomes planning related enquires from the public regarding any property within the Dungog Shire. In accordance with Council Policy and the Fees and Charges as detailed within Council's Management Plan 2009-2012, any third party request (i.e. request not from the property owner) will attract an administration/processing fee of $50.00.
There is no fee for property enquiries in relation to the ratepayers own property.
The fee may be paid either in person at the Dungog Council Administration Office or by sending a cheque made payable to Dungog Shire Council with the enquiry to the above address.
